Job Description

Principal | Architecture & Interior Design Firm Location :  Atlanta, GA Sector Focus :  Hospitality We’re seeking a Principal to lead the Hospitality market sector for a nationally known architecture and design firm. This business-critical leadership role focuses on strategic growth, project excellence, and team development. If you have deep expertise in hospitality projects and want to drive vision and impact, this role—based in Atlanta, offers the platform and ownership structure to support that ambition. Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited architecture program
  • 10-15+ years of experience in a professional architecture environment, preferably with 10+ years on hospitality-specific projects; venue and convention hotels preferred
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, additional proficiency in Rhino, Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling and rendering programs is desirable
  • Knowledgeable of industry materials and systems, project design and detailing, and the preparation of construction documents and specifications
  • Experienced in all phases and aspects of conventional architecture, including mixed-use developments
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, professional manner
  • Ability to solve problems with attention to detail and a desire to learn
  • Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
  • Ability to provide feedback to team members through verbal conversations, annual performance reviews, and direct project feedback and redlines
