Job Title : Assistant General Manager
As an Assistant General Manager at McDonald's, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure high standards of food quality, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations.

- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply orders.
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.

- Oversee cash management, including daily cash handling and financial reporting.
- Support the General Manager in managing labor costs and optimizing scheduling.
