Description

Praxis Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Project Scheduler to join our team in Indianapolis. This full-time remote position offers a fantastic opportunity for entry-level candidates to dive into the dynamic world of marketing advertising and sales.

As a Project Scheduler you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are organized and delivered on time. You will assist in coordinating project timelines tracking progress and facilitating communication between teams. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment contributing to projects that have a significant impact on our clients success.

We offer a competitive hourly wage ranging from $50 to $100 along with comprehensive training and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Coordinate with team members to track project progress
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment
  • Monitor deadlines and provide timely updates to stakeholders
  • Help in the preparation of project documentation
  • Participate in project meetings and take detailed notes
  • Identify potential project risks and assist in mitigation strategies
  • Support the project management team in various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in a related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with project management tools is a plus
