What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries-phone, email, and in person
- Provide accurate information regarding insurance products, services, and policy options
- Resolve client issues professionally and efficiently
- Maintain and update customer records following company standards
- Process applications, forms, and service requests accurately and on time
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and strong client relationships
- Remain informed about product updates, coverage changes, and internal processes
