What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall location, including both interior and exterior areas, to help deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment.

Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and / or local authorities as needed.

Assist visitors and tenants with directions and general information about the location, providing a welcoming presence.

Support access control procedures by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site-specific guidelines.

Participate in security-related drills and training sessions to maintain readiness for various situations.

Minimum Requirements :

Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
