[job_card.job_description]Work 3x12 hour shifts with day / night rotating schedule : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM / 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital Must work at least every other holiday Minimum 18 months recent Med / Surg Telemetry experience required Must have 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand Required certifications : AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty required Complete badging and fingerprinting onsite prior to start date Complete pre-start modules (billable up to 4 hours maximum) BCI / FBI fingerprints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract Referral bonus
