Senior Director

As a Senior Director you will lead a team responsible for a critical element of the host lifecycle within Oracle's cloud business (OCI). Delivering GPU compute capacity quickly and at high quality to our customers is critical to our success. Your team will be responsible for developing the software infrastructure to ensure new compute products are built and tested to meet the highest standards. This will require leading a team that works at low levels of firmware deployment up to large scale distributed systems. You will work across many different manufacturing partners and be hands on with the newest cutting edge GPU technology.

Responsibilities :

• Scalable leadership, demonstrated ability to grow teams and lead through others
• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team; set goals, coach, and drive accountability
• Knowledge of distributed systems and ability to build large scale cloud architectures
• Define KPIs for the organization and lead the team through strong operational rigor
• Ability to partner effectively with multiple external organizations to drive results
• Effectively represent the organization to senior leadership
• Be willing to travel ~25% of the time
• Knowledge of current enterprise GPU technology is helpful, but not required
