Ive been a State Farm Agent since 2007 and take pride in serving customers across Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Wisconsin. I was raised in Grafton, WI, and graduated from the University of Wisconsin before starting my career as an agent. Family is central to who I ammy wife and I have three daughters, and we enjoy traveling and skiing together in the great outdoors.

Our office is multilingual, with team members who speak English, Spanish, Polish, and Russian, allowing us to connect with a wide range of customers. Chad Radtke - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
