The firm defends corporate clients across a wide range of litigation matters and also handles select plaintiff-side work in collections, semi-class actions, and employment-related claims. The firm emphasizes practical, strategic legal solutions with a client-first approach.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3 to 5 years of experience who is available to work in Chicago. The ideal candidate will have solid commercial litigation experience and be comfortable handling a range of responsibilities, from document review to drafting complex motions. Duties include, but are not limited to the following :

• Drafting and responding to motions
• Conducting and responding to written discovery, including requests for production and interrogatories
• Document review and analysis
• Preparing and responding to discovery-related questions
• Assisting in the defense of corporate clients in complex litigation, semi-class action suits, and employment disputes
