RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Full‑Time Hospitalist for Clara Maass Medical Center in North Jersey!

RWJBarnabas Health , the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Hospitalist for Full‑Time Employment at Clara Maass Medical Center located in Belleville, NJ.

This is a great opportunity for eager physicians to join a‑established, multi‑disciplinary team working alongside a strong support staff, including advanced practice providers, to provide high‑level, quality‑driven patient care.

Ideal candidates will be motivated to join a busy practice, support a team‑based approach to patient care, and collaborate with other hospitalists, case managers, social workers, bed managers, and others involved in clinical care, discharge planning, and patient / family communications. The Hospitalist will work a 7‑on‑7‑off schedule, 12‑hour clinical shift model to ensure seamless and appropriate patient care transitions.

Candidate Requirements :

• BC / BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
