PT needed asap for 13 weeksSHIFT : DAYS- 8A-5P - MON-FRI WITH ALTERNATING WEEKENDS (ABOUT ONCE PER MONTH) NO CALLREQUIREMENTS : BLSNEEDS CURRENT COVID VAXBILINGUAL FOR ENGLISH AND SPANISHAREAS OF KNOWLEDGE-ORTHO, NEURO, CARDIAC AND DEBILITYPatient Ratio : EXPECTATION OF 6-8 EVALS PER DAY PLUS SOME THERAPY FOR A TOTAL OF 20 UNITS / DAY (EVALS WEIGHTED AS 2 UNITS)SCRUB COLOR - ANY COLORTRAVELERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT THE NECESSARY INFO OR REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED MUST INCLUDE THE HOME ADDRESS & SSN ON THE SUBMISSIONS TRAVELERS MUST BE GREATER THAN 50 MILES FROM THE FACILITY
