1. 5+ years of desktop or technical support in enterprise or MSP environments (troubleshooting, communication, customer service, escalated tickets experience)

2. In-depth knowledge and experience (3+ years) with Intune, Autopilot, Endpoint Manager, and MDM (mobile device management) platforms for iOS and android

3. Proficiency with Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scription for support automation (3+ years)

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $43.00 / hr.
