Sales Manager

As builder and operator of North America's largest commercial fast-charging network, Camber delivers reliable end-to-end solutions for mission-critical fleets. From transit agencies and school districts to essential logistics operations, our solutions combine custom infrastructure, expert installation, proactive maintenance, and intelligent charge managementproven through over 1,500 DC fast chargers deployed, 2 million hours of charging delivered, and 50GWh of energy provided to heavy-duty EVs.

Built by industry veterans from leading vehicle manufacturers, charging providers, and utilities, Camber manages every aspect of fleet electrificationfrom initial design through daily operations. This proven approach, backed by a decade of experience powering essential transportation services, enables fleet operators to confidently scale their zero-emission operations while focusing on their core mission : moving goods and people across America.

Job Description

This is a remote position.

Your Impact :

  • Win New Business. Identify, pursue, and close deals with logistics, freight, and last-mile delivery fleets looking to electrify.
  • Own the Sales Process. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Build Relationships That Last. Develop strong connections with fleet operators, facility managers, and sustainability teams, tailoring solutions to their operational and financial goals.
  • Become a Product Expert. Gain a deep understanding of Camber's hardware, software, and service offerings, clearly articulating their value in fleet operations.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally. Work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Requirements

About You :

  • Your sales process is structured, and you do your homework before every call, meeting, and customer interaction.
  • You are customer-obsessedalways seeking to understand fleet operators' needs and deliver game-changing solutions.
  • You take ownershipself-directed, resourceful, and focused on outcomes.
  • You excel at collaborationbuilding strong internal and external relationships.
  • You want to see customers genuinely love our products and services.
  • Your Experience :

  • 10+ years of sales experience in cleantech, EV infrastructure, fleet technology, logistics, renewable energy, or adjacent industries.
  • Deep understanding of commercial fleet operations, particularly in logistics, freight, or last-mile delivery.
  • Experience selling combined hardware, SaaS, and service offerings.
  • Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles, build trust with senior stakeholders, and close high-value contracts.
  • Travel Requirement : 20% - 40% travel to meet customers, attend industry events, and drive sales growth.
