A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
Provide HR consultation and leadership for multiple business units, ensuring alignment of Talent and Culture services with firm strategies
Advise on talent management, associate relations, and organizational development while facilitating the performance evaluation process
Collaborate with the Talent and Culture team to implement HR strategies and participate in special projects, including M&A activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
Human Resource Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Workday preferred
Strong understanding of organizational structure and business objectives
