Compensation

Estimated Salary Range : $100,000 – $135,000 base

(Potential upside for multi-discipline or leadership experience)

About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to support and lead engineering efforts across large-scale mining and processing operations . The PE will serve as a technical authority, supporting capital projects, equipment upgrades, and plant optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Review, stamp, and approve engineering designs as required

Lead or support capital improvement and expansion projects

Provide technical guidance across mechanical, structural, or electrical systems

Partner closely with operations to improve reliability and safety

Support contractors, vendors, and internal engineering teams

Qualifications

Active PE license (Mechanical, Structural, or Electrical)

Experience in mining, raw materials, heavy manufacturing, or industrial plants

Strong understanding of processing equipment, structures, and utilities

Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
