Project Manager

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Business Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of new business projects while maintaining communication to meet customer expectations

Engage with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to validate business scope and ensure the correct technologies are selected to support customer requirements

Provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional teams and ensure a smooth transition to operations post-go-live

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred and 8 years of relevant experience

Direct customer-facing and implementation delivery experience

Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies

Experience managing others, including contractors and suppliers

Customer service driven with an analytical aptitude
