Flexibility : Willingness to meet specific scheduling requirements, including two Mondays, two Fridays, and one weekend every six weeks. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) IV Ultrasound Charge Nurse cross-training for enhanced leadership skills Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and retirement options. Pay Range : $37.50 - $56.25

Your Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Float between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units while adapting quickly to different workflows.
- Utilize critical thinking to assess patient needs, anticipate changes in conditions, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care and improve outcomes.
