Certified Group Fitness Instructors

Principal Responsibilities :

Location : Shalom Orlando

Pay : $30 / hour

Availability : Mornings, Evenings, and Weekends

Reports to : Program Director

Are you passionate about helping people move, sweat, and feel empowered? We're expanding our team and looking for dynamic, certified Group Fitness Instructors to lead a variety of high-energy classes that inspire and challenge our members.

What We're Looking For :

We are currently hiring instructors who can confidently lead HIIT, Cardio Boxing, Reformer Pilates, and other creative, high-impact formats (excluding yoga). If you bring energy, innovation, and certified expertise we want to hear from you!

Minimum Qualifications :

Requirements :

• Current Group Fitness Instructor Certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, etc.)
• Up-to-date, format-specific certifications for the classes you wish to teach (e.g., Pilates, boxing)
• Experience leading group fitness classes (minimum 1 year preferred)
• Strong communication skills and motivational energy
• Comfortable teaching in both small group and full class settings
• Must be reliable and available for morning, evening, and weekend classes
