Job Details :

Pay : $ per week (to be updated)

Duration of assignment :   weeks

Positions Open : 1

Shift : Monday - Thursday 8 : 00 - 5 : 15 and Friday 8 : 00 - 12 : 30

Facility Setting : Outpatient

Will position be required to float to other units? Yes

Number of beds in your facility? NA for OP setting

EMR for your facility : Epic

Scrub colors / dress code : Professional / business casual (no jeans, no leggings, no sweat pants, no tank tops or crop tops, must wear closed toe shoes) OR scrubs of teal, Caribbean, wine, white, black, grey, or pink (solid color matching top and bottom)

Parking Location : on site at OP clinic

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted SC License

Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

Must have at least 1 year experience

Preferred experience level? Minimum of 1 year in OP setting

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory references
