[job_card.job_description]35-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit focused on patient functional improvement and independence Collaborative multidisciplinary team environment including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiatry, and Neuropsychology Manageable patient ratios with dedicated tech support (2-4 techs per census) and unit secretary assistance Meditech documentation system with standard equipment including Baxter IV pumps, bladder scanners, and vital signs machines Opportunity to perform diverse clinical skills including IV medication administration, PICC line care, PEG tube management, trach care, and blood administration May float to other Medical-Surgical departments as needed Active Virginia RN license Current BLS certification Medical-Surgical or Progressive Care Unit experience required Rehabilitation experience strongly preferred Proficiency in medication administration (including IV, PICC, PEG tube), bladder scans, trach care, tube feeding, Foley catheter insertion, bladder irrigation, and blood product administration BLS Core Mandatory Part I Core Mandatory Part II (Nursing) Core Mandatory Part III PALS RN - Pharmacology A RN - Rehab / Skilled - Acute Rehab
