A typical day involves inspiring people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, while building client relationships that will grow stronger every year. You would also assist with the beginning and closing of the tax interview, ensure all H&R Block clients are receiving superior service, and perform all other duties as assigned.

Your expertise includes a high school diploma or equivalent, reading and math skills required to begin and finish the tax return interview, ability to communicate effectively in person and on the phone, previous experience with Windows-based computer programs, and additional state and local requirements may apply.

Pay Range : $11.00 - $27.00 / Hr.
