Class A CDL Driver Opportunity

We’re looking for motivated

  • Class A CDL Drivers
  • to join our growing team. If you’re ready to run consistent miles with reliable equipment and strong pay, this is the role for you.

Hiring Area

100-mile radius of Prairie du Chien, WI or Forest City, IA

IL, IN, or OH

1–2 drivers needed within a 35-mile radius of Memphis, TN

Lanes

Potential to run the lower 48 states

Deliveries made in TN, OH, MI, MO, IL, PA, NJ, IN, WI, MN, SD, TX

Miles

2,000–2,600 miles per week

Schedule & Home Time

Schedule varies

2 weeks out, 2–3 days home

Equipment

2022 Kenworth T680 Auto Transmission – 53’ Dry Van, Heater & Reefer trailers

2022 Freightliner Cascadia Auto Transmission

Freight

90% drop & hook

Backhauls are live load / unload

Truck Speed

65 pedal and cruise

Pay & Bonuses

Starting mileage pay : $0.59 CPM

After 1 year : $0.60 CPM

Average weekly pay : $1,600–$1,800

Annual mileage pay : $83,200–$93,600

New Hire Transition Bonus : $500 (paid in full on second paycheck)

Referral Bonus : $3,000 ($1,000 on second paycheck, $1,000 at 60 days, $1,000 at 120 days)

Accessorial Pay

Drop & Hook : $25.00

Live Load / Unload : $29.00

Delay : $25.00

Domicile Pay : $215.00

Hourly Rate : $18.00

Parking

On-site Prairie du Chien, WI or other secure locations

Requirements

6 months of recent experience

Hazmat endorsement (required within 120 days of hire; cost reimbursed)

Comfortable running days and evenings

Expect backhauls on this account
