A company is looking for a Program Manager Non-Tech 3.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic program leadership and governance for unified monitoring initiatives
Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of Splunk with existing systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish a cohesive monitoring framework and optimize observability metrics
Required Qualifications
5+ years in technical program management within enterprise infrastructure environments
Strong knowledge of high-performance computing (HPC) environments and hybrid cloud architecture
Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
Knowledge of SRE principles and incident management practices
Certifications : PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Splunk Certified Admin / Architect
