Wage / Hours:

This position is a full-time, commission, exempt position. Our business hours are 7am-6pm. Comfort Advisor schedules are flexible and will include working weekend on calls occasionally. Compensation is 100% commission and bonus after an introductory/training period.

Location:

This position is performed on the road in the greater Seattle area. Our service range is: North: Everett Area, South: Federal Way Area, East: North Bend. We have two shops in Everett and Tukwila.

Job Duties / Responsibilities:

Gather information and data about from customer about their home and what their needs are. Spend time with them in their home to ensure that the customer is getting exactly what they are looking for.

Work with office staff to schedule the installation of the equipment.

Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond knowledge base. Follow up with customer as needed to ensure that work being performed is up the standard as promised.

Job Requirements / Skills:

Understanding and follow through in Greenwoods Core Values and Mission Statement.

Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners and team members.

Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software.

Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings in the field.

Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Sales experience required. Additional training on HVAC sales provided.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time.

Must be able to work on ladders and in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time.
