A company is looking for a Microsoft Training Professional to deliver training and support for Microsoft applications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live, instructor-led virtual training sessions with high engagement and knowledge retention

Provide one-on-one assistance during office hours and address user questions effectively

Create and customize training content while collaborating with stakeholders to meet training requirements

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience supporting users in enterprise environments with Microsoft applications

In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI

2+ years of experience in designing and delivering software training for digital transformation

Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills

Ability to deliver live demos and answer questions confidently
