The Opportunity :
- 12 patients per day
- Robust administrative and clinical support allows you to focus on providing quality patient care
- Multiple practice locations to choose from serving patients age 60+
- Outpatient only, 8-5, M-F schedule
- Competitive compensation package that includes a base guarantee and Quality Bonus of up to 20% of base, $50k Sign on, relocation, loan forgiveness
- Comprehensive benefits package to include health, retirement, Paid Time Off, CME allowance, malpractice insurance, etc.
- Spanish Speaking preferred, but not required
