Position Overview
Responsibilities & Duties
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules, monitor milestones, and deliver weekly program review updates.
- Partner with Supply Chain to identify long lead materials and ensure timely procurement in support of project timelines.
- Oversee project budgets and coordinate with cost control to ensure financial accuracy and performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project execution and timely delivery.
- Perform additional duties and assignments as required.

Requirements (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
- Demonstrated experience developing and facilitating business processes to achieve project objectives.
- Familiarity with industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, or supply chain operations is a plus.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, PMP ) preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams; maintains a positive, solutions oriented attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Consistent on site attendance and punctuality required.
- Ability to handle concurrent tasks and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with email, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and project management tools (Microsoft Project preferred).
- Ability to interpret technical documents, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write professional reports and correspondence.
- Strong math and analytical capabilities, including ability to perform calculations involving percentages, interest, proportions, geometry, and algebra.
- Effective problem solving skills with the ability to interpret written, verbal, diagrammatic, or schedule-based instructions.
- Solid project management skills for organizing, tracking, and leading cross-functional initiatives.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or Business Administration.
- 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
