About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on hospitality interiors projects throughout all phases : programming, concept design, schematic development, and budget / schedule review.
• Develop space planning concepts and program documents.
• Contribute to FF&E selections, including furniture systems and material specifications.
• Coordinate detailed construction documentation and material selections.
• Apply technical knowledge to ensure effective documentation and high-quality detailing.
• Work with consultants, contractors, and fabricators to meet project objectives and timelines.
• Participate in construction administration, including submittal reviews and finish sample evaluations.
• Maintain strong client relationships and coordinate communication across teams and consultants.
