Join our innovative D&M marketing team as a Sales Enablement Content Specialist . In this essential role, you will create engaging, industry-specific content that empowers our sales team and boosts their effectiveness.

In this role, you will connect our experts in product and industry marketing with the sales enablement team, ensuring our sales force has the necessary tools to communicate effectively. If you are passionate about storytelling, strategy, and sales, this position is perfect for you!

What You Will Do

  • Transform product value propositions into compelling sales messages : Partner with product marketing to develop industry-specific messaging that resonates with customer needs and highlights our unique strengths.
  • Create tailored sales content : Develop essential sales materials such as battle cards, pitch decks, product one-pagers, talk tracks, competitive analyses, customer case studies, and customized playbooks.
  • Facilitate collaboration between Marketing and Enablement : Serve as a subject matter expert, breaking down complex topics into actionable content that informs enablement programs and enhances seller performance.

Who You Are

  • 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement , ideally within a B2B SaaS or tech context.
  • Understanding of sales processes and go-to-market strategies , with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.
  • Proven experience in developing impactful sales content and messaging frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, thriving in cross-functional environments and proficient in communicating in both sales and product terminology.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations sectors is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with enablement platforms (e.g., MindTickle) and content management systems is an advantage.
  • Experience with Airtable is preferred.
  • Proficiency in AI technologies is essential; experience in prompting and agent building is highly recommended.

    Salary Transparency

    Our competitive compensation package includes a starting base salary between $94,500 and $163,020 for U.S.-based roles. Salaries are determined based on experience and location and may exceed this range. Additional compensation may include annual bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and comprehensive benefits.
