Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all accounting practices and financial reporting across multiple companies.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and supervise a team across AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger.
• Develop and maintain documentation for close procedures and best practices.
• Ensure timely reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Develop monthly cash flow analysis and forecasting.
• Conduct various analysis to identify new opportunities for cost savings.
• Support audit management processes, ensure audits are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manages company bank balances to achieve operational goals.
• Handle workers' compensation, benefits, labor costs, and journal entries.
• Manage relationships with third-party payroll service providers.
• Accountable for system controls and oversight of accounting software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic planning.
• Coordinate all requests from our external accounting firm and as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by our COO and ownership.
