Assistant Fleet Coordinator

The Assistant Fleet Coordinator at California Automotive Retailing Group, Inc in Fremont, CA will play a crucial role in fleet sales management and operations within the company. We are growing fast in our Fleet Sales and are looking to add and train people interested in learning the ins and outs of Fleet sales. We want to find a long term employee that we can promote up to a Fully Trained Fleet Manager.

Possible Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, government, or commercial clients
• Negotiate fleet vehicle pricing, discounts, and leasing terms
• Prepare quotes, bids, and proposals for fleet purchases(we will train this)
• Manage bulk sales and ensure timely delivery of fleet vehicles
• Act as the primary point of contact for fleet clients
• Understand client needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions
• Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Work with dealership inventory and procurement teams to ensure availability of vehicles for fleet clients(learn how to order cars for dealer stock)
• Coordinate with manufacturers on orders, customization, and delivery schedules
• Ensure all contracts, vehicle registrations, insurance, and lease agreements are accurately prepared and compliant with regulations(we will train this)
• Stay informed about fleet industry trends, new vehicle technologies, and competitor offerings Identify opportunities to expand fleet business or enter new markets

Requirements:

• Communication and customer service abilities
• Understanding of vehicle specifications, fleet leasing, and financing options(willing to teach)
• Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and large inventories(willing to teach)
• Proficiency in CRM software and fleet management systems(Willing to teach)
