Were seeking a Licensed Senior Architect / Project Manager to lead design vision and execution on high-profile projects across the Pacific Northwest. In this role, youll shape projects from concept through construction, mentor design staff, and collaborate directly with engineering and construction teams to deliver seamless, buildable solutions.

What Youll Do

• Drive design development, technical documentation, and quality control for a variety of commercial, civic, and cultural projects.
• Oversee project teams, ensuring design intent, schedule, and budget alignment.
• Serve as the primary client contact for design-related matters.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations staff in a fully integrated Design+Build environment.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering technical excellence and creative problem-solving.
