Events Intern

Were looking for an Event Intern to join our brand activation this role youll help represent our company at festivals trade shows retail activations and local community events. Youll learn the art and strategy behind engaging attendees showcasing products and services and driving real-time sales or lead generationall while working alongside seasoned event marketing professionals.

What Youll Do :

Represent our brand at a variety of in-person events from high-traffic expos to vibrant street festivals.

Greet attendees with a warm approachable attitude and spark conversations that leave a lasting impression.

Share our product or service offerings in a way thats engaging clear and on-brand.

Support live demonstrations sampling or hands-on experiences for attendees.

Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces ensuring displays look polished and inviting (light lifting required).

Maintain a professional positive demeanor throughout long sometimes high-pressure event days.

Collect and organize attendee leads for follow-up providing valuable insights back to our marketing team.

Stay up-to-date on campaign goals special promotions and brand messaging through regular team briefings.

What Youll Bring :

Current senior or recent graduate in marketing communications business hospitality or related field (preferred not required).

Previous experience in promotions customer service retail sales or events is a plus but not essentialwell train you!

Strong communication skills a natural ability to connect with people and the confidence to approach strangers in a friendly way.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs for event setup and teardown.

Flexibility to work evenings weekends or travel for events when needed.

Authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to attend in-person events.
