Our Real Estate Law Firm is seeking a savvy, polished, and productive Receptionist/Intake Specialist who will focus on connecting us with potential clients and providing an exceptional customer service experience. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that everyone who contacts the firm feels welcomed, supported, and confident that we care about helping them.
You will work closely with our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and our Senior Intake Specialist to develop and follow processes that effectively screen, qualify, and guide leads through our intake funnel.
As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will be instrumental in creating a strong first impression, guiding prospects through the intake process, and ensuring all leads are properly qualified and scheduled.

Compensation:$24 - $28 hourly
