A company is looking for a 100% Remote Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist III.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzes and interprets medical records and clinical documentation for quality and accuracy
Reviews medical records to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices
Maintains and updates clinical documentation related to patient medical records
Required Qualifications
5-10 years of relevant experience in clinical documentation improvement
Experience with medical records and clinical documentation standards
Knowledge of laws and regulations related to clinical documentation
Ability to work remotely during Pacific Business Hours
Full-time availability for a contract position
