Parts Specialist

Job Title : Parts Specialist

Compensation Pay Range : $16.50 - $24.50

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions :

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs.
• Greet retail / walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them.
• Assist managers and / or installer service specialists in serving customers.
• Complete assigned company training relevant to position.
• Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone.
• Maintain and secure the cash drawer, accept cash and / or checks, make change, and process credit card transactions.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates.
• Perform various daily operational tasks.
• Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after training.
• Perform various in-store services for customers.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries.
• All other duties as assigned.
