Registered Nurse (RN) - Recovery & Detox Center

Location : Burns, TN

Schedule : Friday Nights only 8p-8a I 8+ week contract

About the Recovery Center

Our Recovery Center provides compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders . We are dedicated to helping clients achieve lifelong recovery by addressing the whole person - mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

We are expanding our team and seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate about patient care and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those on their recovery journey.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a key role in supporting patients through detoxification and recovery. This position involves providing high-quality nursing care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate medical documentation while promoting a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in recovery and detox.
• Measure and record vital signs, administer medications and injections as prescribed, and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and documentation.
• Collaborate with medical providers to obtain and carry out orders for patient care.
• Educate patients on health and wellness topics as needed.
• Ensure compliance with facility, OSHA, and state safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in ongoing training and uphold the center's standards of care and professionalism.
