The Opportunity :

As a Principa, Sales l at Improzo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint and delivering transformative solutions to leading biopharma clients across the emerging biopharma customers . You will leverage your extensive industry expertise to architect and implement strategic solutions that directly impact our clients' objectives, driving measurable value and fostering long-term partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing firm and be instrumental in building and scaling our business.

What You'll Do :

Trusted Client Relationships :

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership (C-suite and VPs) at emerging pharmaceutical, biotech, and MedTech companies, guiding them through technology transformation and innovation initiatives.

Business Development Growth :

Drive significant new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within the biopharma ecosystem.

  • Lead proposal development, articulate Improzo's value proposition, and present compelling solutions to prospective clients.
  • Contribute to market research, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives to strengthen Improzo's brand presence.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding your quota in a similar life-science tech organization especially with solutions and offerings around Commercial and medical domain including but not limited to commercial excellence, patient-centric solutions, omnichannel strategy, digital analytics, and CRM transformations (including Veeva and Salesforce platforms).

Strategic Tactical Innovation :

Apply a design-led thinking approach to develop impactful customer journeys across diverse personas, ensuring success for both customers and patients.

  • Leverage expertise in one of the following areas - Technology integration, AI modules, real-world evidence (RWE), data science, and advanced analytics to help emerging biopharma organizations derive actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership Mentorship :

    Build, lead, and mentor high-performing tech teams (onshore and offshore), fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.

  • Provide strategic guidance and coaching to junior consultants, fostering their professional growth and career development within Improzo.
  • What You'll Bring :

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in life sciences consulting, with a significant focus on the biopharma sector.
  • Proven expertise in either data, analytics, real-world evidence (RWE), and commercial technology enablement (CRM, Omnichannel).
  • Demonstrated track record of closing transformation programs for emerging biopharma, biotech and digital health startup clients across the US
  • Deep understanding of key business functions such as HEOR, Commercial Operations, and Data Science.
  • Strong business development acumen with a proven ability to cultivate senior C-suite partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Passion for solving complex, real-world healthcare challenges through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet client needs.
