Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager to provide program management and strategic oversight for provider engagement, quality improvement, and risk adjustment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive provider performance and partnership across various initiatives

Ensure well-documented policies, workflows, and best practices for respective programs

Analyze performance data and implement improvement strategies to support value-based care

Required Qualifications

At least 4 years of Program and / or Project management experience, or equivalent education and experience

Operational Process Improvement experience

Managed Care experience, preferably in a shared service or matrixed environment

Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio

Strong presentation and communication skills
