Candidates should have 8+ years of experience including general counseling, mergers and acquisitions, and business transactions. Attorneys practice may include general counsel services, buyer/seller representation, partnership and LLC agreements, real estate transactions, and family-owned business succession planning agreements and transactions. Lots of daily contracts, master services agreements, counseling on corporate governance and compliance issues, and other day-to-day matters that arise.
