This is a U.S.-based hybrid position. San Francisco Bay Area employees are required to come into the office one day a week.

IT Engineer II

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, DevOps, you will serve as the in-house MDM expert, responsible for owning our MDM,  lifecycle, and asset management strategy across our primarily Mac-based environment. A primary focus will be on maturing the existing MDM environment, enhancing organizational security, automating repetitive IT tasks, and managing infrastructure (network / A / V). You will also partner closely with the People team to ensure a seamless IT experience during employee onboarding and offboarding.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Serve as our in-house MDM expert
• Own lifecycle and asset management and streamline equipment policies across the company
• Partner with people team in ensuring employees have a smooth onboarding and offboarding experience
• Provide ad-hoc IT Support to all of our employees in a primarily Mac based environment
• Office Network updates, LAN, etc
• Provide audio and visual support in office conference rooms
• Support organizational security and productivity initiatives
• Vendor relationship management
• Automating repetitive tasks

This range represents our good faith estimate for a successful candidate’s starting base salary. Final offers are determined by a blend of factors including specialized skills, experience, and relevant credentials. In addition to base pay, our total rewards package includes an equity stake in the company and a performance-based bonus program.
