Travel Nurse Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract qualified nurses for travel positions through various sourcing strategies and lead generation.
- Engage prospective travelers by uncovering their needs and presenting suitable assignment options.
- Develop independent recruiting approaches to assess and interview healthcare professionals based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates, consistently expanding the talent pool.
- Negotiate compensation packages with candidates while maintaining acceptable profit margins.
Travel Nurse Recruiter Qualifications:
- At least 3-4 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, particularly in staffing or healthcare placements.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with a high sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, social media, and database management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
