Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in Baltimore, MD. Responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, providing training and guidance for behavior technicians, and ensuring high-quality therapeutic services for clients. The role also involves working closely with families to provide parent education, monitoring progress, and making data-driven decisions to achieve desired behavioral outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• Strong knowledge and skills in Psychology and Behavior Management techniques.
• Experience in Parent Education and supporting families through guidance and training.
• Hold a valid BCBA certification and have a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in developing and managing individualized treatment plans is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and maintain a patient-centered approach.
