Develop new opportunities for player education and proactive support content

Collaborate with stakeholders to shape content strategy and publishing timelines

Required Qualifications

Deep understanding of first-person shooter mechanics and gaming hardware

Strong technical aptitude for PC and console hardware troubleshooting

Experience writing clear and engaging patch notes and troubleshooting guides

Mastery of English and adherence to modern communication style guides

Experience with JIRA & Confluence and proficiency with MS Office tools
