Wholesale company located in Riverside is seeking a customer service representative / data entry clerk. The position will be part time with the possibility of full time. Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5pm.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Answering phones
• Greeting & assisting customers with orders
• Order Entry/Invoicing
• Payments
• Account Maintenance
• Filing/Copying/Shredding

The qualified candidate will possess the following skills:

• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to navigate office equipment
• Phone skills & professional demeanor is required
• Self Starter
• Quick learner
• Attention to detail
• Bilingual preferred (but not necessary)
• Customer Service experience preferred but not required
