[job_card.job_description]Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise. Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management. Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus. Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
