Security Officer - Media Facility Rover

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post. What You'll Do :

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Document and report any unusual observations or incidents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain authorized entry to restricted areas.
  • Support emergency response activities as needed, including assisting with evacuations and / or coordinating with local authorities.
  • Maintain a professional presence and represent Allied Universal in a positive manner at all times while on duty.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • CPR and / or first aid certification is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
