In this fast-paced role, you’ll expertly handle a high volume of calls, communicate clearly and professionally, and ensure every caller is connected smoothly and efficiently.

Main Duties
- Operate the telephone / switchboard per Firmdale standards
- Inquires as to the nature of calls to refer to the appropriate person or service.
- Ensuring that any guest request or issue is communicated to the manager on duty and follow-up takes place
- Sends messages by email, informing intended recipients as required
- Compiles daily reports and distributes them to applicable department managers
- Updates guest profiles in Opera PMS
- Covers reception shifts when required
- General administrative duties as assigned
Requirements :
Customer service experience preferredSelf-starter with exceptional organization and administrative skillsExcellent level of spoken and written EnglishFriendly and professional telephone etiquetteExceptional PC skills, especially in Microsoft ExcelAbility to remain calm under pressureFlexible schedulingPhysical Requirements
Ability to research, read, review, enter, and retrieve information from computers and hard copies.Speak, read, write, and understand EnglishPrimarily seated at a computer for extended periods, with occasional walking or light movement as needed..Regular communications in person, writing, and by telephone.Perform work, and be present, on Hotel premises to ensure satisfaction of clients considering an event and those already booked.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS :
