At Jones Edmunds, we help communities thrive through innovative engineering and consulting solutions. We're looking for an Entry-Level Engineer (Engineer Intern) with a passion for water / wastewater engineering to join our growing Utilities team.
If you're excited about designing water and wastewater systems, solving infrastructure challenges, and making a lasting impact on communities, this could be the right opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the design and modeling of water, wastewater, and reclaimed water systems.
- Prepare plans, specifications, and permit applications to support water / wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Participate in data collection, analysis, and report preparation to ensure effective, sustainable solutions.
- Work with experienced engineers to develop pump station layouts, pipeline alignments, and treatment plant improvements.
- Engage in continuing professional development to build technical expertise in water / wastewater design.
- Support quality control efforts, ensuring that all deliverables meet Jones Edmunds' Quality Program standards.
- Communicate project progress and challenges to supervisors, meeting deadlines and contributing to team success.
