Position Overview :

We’re looking for a  Digital Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize all of MedPro’s digital channels.

This role is both strategic and hands-on — you’ll shape our digital strategy while also executing campaigns, managing performance, and ensuring our online presence reflects our brand and drives measurable results.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the digital ecosystem — manage performance across all digital channels : organic web, SEO, paid search (Google Ads, Bing, etc.), and social media (organic and paid) and anywhere our company and related brands may appear online.
• Manage resources — you'll be the leader of a team responsible for digital channels, tasked with managing or delegating task and rout eownership to in-house resources, as well as freelance and outside agency partners.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives — oversee AI and GEO-targeted marketing strategies, including emerging AI search platforms and content optimization.
• Align digital messaging — ensure our online presence and creative assets reflect company strategy, positioning, and tone.
• Implement & maintain tracking — ensure end-to-end analytics, attribution, and reporting are accurate and actionable.
• Collaborate cross-functionally — work closely with leadership, design, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Stay ahead of trends — proactively identify opportunities in AI, automation, and search technologies to strengthen MedPro’s competitive edge.
